Business Tax Incentives

All of Yuma County has been designated as an Enterprise Zone by the State of Arizona. The Enterprise Zone designation provides incentives in the form of state income tax credits based on wages to employees in the first through third year of their employment. The credits, which are subject to employees' wages and benefits meeting certain minimum criteria, can be as much as $500 per employee for their first year of employment, $1,000 for the second year, and $1,500 for the third year.

For more information about this and other Arizona tax advantages see the Greater Yuma Economic Development Corporation website at www.gyedc.org, and select "Corporate Site Selection".
